The Council
The Council is the supreme governing body of the Starfall Alliance. Made up of war veterans, scientists and strategists, the Council makes the most critical decisions about the defense of humanity — including some it would rather keep secret.
Composition
The Council has seven members, each representing a vital area:
- Supreme Commander — The highest-ranking veteran still on active duty
- Science Director — Leads research on the Vytar and the Vexro
- Intelligence Chief — Monitors threats and coordinates information
- Fleet Admiral — Coordinates military operations across every sector
- Colonial Ambassador — Represents the civilian colonies
- Protocol Keeper — Responsible for the emergency protocols
- The Seventh — Identity classified. Role unknown.
Controversial Decisions
The Council carries the weight of decisions no other group would want to make:
- The quarantine of entire star systems when corruption spreads
- The forced retirement of pilots who reach dangerous stages of corruption
- Protocol Omega — a contingency plan whose details are top secret
Secrets
Rumors persist that the Council knows more about the link between the Vytar and the Vexro than it reveals. Leaked documents suggest experiments with controlled corruption, attempts to communicate with Vexro entities, and the existence of pilots who went beyond Rank S.
